ISRO Apprentice Alert 2023 for Graduate Technician

National Remote Sensing Centre, Hyderabad invites application for Apprenticeship for one year training in the following Trades with B.E./B.Tech, Diploma in Engineering and Diploma in Commercial Practice under the Apprentices Act 1961 and Amendment Act of 1973, from candidates who acquired Degree / Diploma from any recognized University / Technical Board coming under the Southern Region of Board of Apprenticeship Training (Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry) for the training year 2023-24.

The period of training will be 12 months commencing from the execution of the contract of Apprenticeship.

How to Apply

• The candidates shall fill the application in UMANG Portal. The candidates are advised to upload the following documents in jpg/jpeg/png format, for further processing and short listing of the candidates.

• Degree/Diploma Mark sheet certificate of all Semesters/Years in one file not exceeding 1 MB.
• Degree/Diploma Certificate / Provisional Certificate / Passing certificate not exceeding 1 MB.
• All correspondence with candidates shall be done through email only. Responsibility of downloading and printing of Application form/offer letter shall be that of the candidates. NRSC, Hyderabad will not be responsible for any loss of e-mail sent due to invalid / wrong e-mail id provided by the candidate or delivery of email to SPAM/BULK mail folder etc.
• Candidates should enroll in the NATS portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) and provide their enrolment ID (Apprenticeship Registration No.) in the UMANG portal while applying for Apprenticeship training. The same Apprenticeship Registration No. should be used by the candidate at the time of joining for registration under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

Those candidates who are fulfilling essential qualifications criteria can enroll themselves in NATS Portal @ www.mhrdnats.gov.in subject to the eligibility prescribed by Board of Apprenticeship Training. While enrolling one’s candidature, candidate is required to upload Degree/Diploma Certificate (as applicable) and valid IDs
issued by the government. After the successful registration of application over the portal, an enrolment number will be generated and allotted to the applicant.

Applications will be received through UMANG Portal only.

Candidates are required to use a valid and active e-mail ID to register, which will be used for future communications as well. Application can be submitted only once with a particular email ID. Avoid duplicate applications from multiple email IDs.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should submit a latest copy of Caste Certificate in jpg/jpeg/png with maximum 50 KB size issued by the competent authority in the respective fields in UMANG Portal.

PWBD candidates have to upload the certificate in support of disability issued by the competent authority.

Scanned copies of Photo and Signature in (jpg/jpeg/png) formats to be uploaded as mentioned below:
(i)Photo Max. Size 50 KB
(ii)Sign Max. Size 50KB

Enter the correct data in the relevant fields as required. The data received in the online application will be considered as final. No change will be allowed once the application is submitted.

Aggregate marks secured for degree / diploma should be entered either in CGPA or % of marks as given in the Consolidated Mark list. Data regarding B.E/B.Tech/ Diploma aggregate marks/ Class, Month & year of passing etc. should be verifiable from the Certificates being uploaded. If any discrepancy is noticed at any stage, it will be considered as a disqualification and the candidature will be cancelled. Candidates are required to upload the CGPA conversion certificate in the respective field in the UMANG portal.

Upon online registration, applicants will be provided with an Online Registration Number which should be carefully preserved for future reference. Candidates are also advised to take a printout of the online application and submit the same at the time of joining, if selected. No need to send it by post.
