ON-LINE applications in the prescribed format are invited from eligible and highly motivated candidates with proven track record of competence and success for the post of Controller of Examinations (Pay Level-14) on Direct recruitment/Deputation basis for a term of 5 years or till attaining the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier as per following details

How to Apply
- Applicants are required to apply online in the prescribed format with complete, correct information and attachments. The online link (https:hnbgunt.samarth.edu.in) will be available live from 01-02-2023 (Wednesday) (by 23:59:59 hrs.) and will be closed on 02-03-2023 (Thursday) (by 23:59:59 hrs.). Only online applications with required uploaded enclosures will be accepted, however, applicants must send ONE hard copy of the on-line application on or before 10-03-2023 [Friday] (on or before 4:00pm) along with all selfattested testimonials, certificates and all supporting documents through Registered/Speed Post only to “The Registrar, Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal Central University, Srinagar Garhwal, Uttarakhand – 246174,”. Please write on the topleft side of the envelope “Application for the post of ”. Hard copy received after last date i.e. 10-03-2023 [Friday] (on or before 4:00pm) will not be accepted.
- Before filling the online application, candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions contained in “How to fill the Online Application form” provided on the website. They may click on the ‘Career’ button to get the instruction for online application submission.
- Interested Candidates can apply against multiple posts, subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria as mentioned. Candidates have to pay separate application fee as per details mentioned.
- To complete the online application process and get the Application number, it is mandatory to put in all the relevant information such as qualifying degree details, percentage of marks, email address and mobile no., address for correspondence, soft copy of scanned photograph and signature (JPEG). Therefore, applicants are advised to keep such information ready before applying online.
- Exact percentage of marks should be mentioned in qualification table and rounding off of marks should not be done.
- After submitting the online application, the candidates should print the Computer-Generated Online Application and the Acknowledgement Slip and keep a copy for their reference and records.
- Since all the applications will be screened based on the data furnished in the online application and without any documentary evidence / proof, the candidate should ensure that they meet all the prescribed eligibility criteria and other conditions as mentioned in this advertisement.
- Candidates should note that the details provided by them in their application forms are taken on their face value and the onus of proving the correctness and authenticity of the same as and when required lies with the applicant.
- Category of SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen/EWS once filled in the online application form will not be changed
- Application not submitted through ON-LINE, incomplete applications or without relevant supporting enclosures (self-attested copies of degree/ certificates/marks sheets/ experience certificate, reprint of important publications, etc) may be out-rightly rejected.
