How to Apply
Eligible and interested candidates are requested to download the application form from the LINK given above. The duly filled application form along with self attested copies of documents should be sent by ordinary post/registered post/Speed post only on the below mentioned address:
The Commander, Coast Guard Region(A&N), Post Box Number 716, Haddo(PO), Port Blair 744102, A&N Island
- Candidates should clearly write to the top the envelope “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……………..in category………… (UR, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD)” while submitting the application form.
- Duly self attested copies of documents/ certificate to be attached sequentially with application form:-
- Marksheets/certificate of the essential educational qualifications mentioned in above table in front of respective posts.
- Matriculation/secondary school examination certificate or an equivalent certificate for date of birth proof.
- Two self addressed envelops of size 5″*11″ duly affixed Rs. 50/- postal stamp.
- One passport size photo pasted in given space on application form and 2 passport size photo on name with backside stapled on front of the application form.
- Cast certificate if applicable
- For PH candidates copy of disabilities/medical certificate issued by competent authority specifying percentage of disabilities.
- In the case of EWS Income and asset certificate issued by competent authority as described in department of personal and training’s office memorandum no. 36039/1/2019-(Estt) dated 31st January 2019
- In the case of Ex- Servicemen:- Discharge certificate from service, copy of pension PPO, AND copy of ex-serviceman identity card.
- Applications with following deficiencies will be summarily rejected :-
- Incomplete Apllications
- application found over aged on the last date of receipt of application
- overwriting/cutting/correction/incorrect information according to enclosure
- Photographs not affixed
- Photocopies of self attested documents not found enclosed
- A separate blank envelope with with Rs. 50/- postal stamp(pasted on the envelope) addressed to themselves, not enclosed with application
Admit card for eligible candidates would be sent by post/email/website only
